Where can I buy your products ?

You can either buy them on this website (perfume-and-cosmetics.com), or visit us in our office at Bacoor, Cavite (full address on the home page or in “contact us”), or via resellers.
In this case, you can verify by asking us if he/she is an official reseller.

How can I be sure of the quality ?

All our perfumes (eau de parfum) are imported from France (we have the License to operate (LTO) as Cosmetic importer from FDA (Food and Drug Association), and the Certificate of registration of Bureau of Customs).
They are genuine 100% products made in France. All our products have a cosmetic notification number from FDA for selling in the Philippines.
Madame Romantique and Monsieur Romantique are our own trade marks (Ipophil).

How will I pay my order ?

When you validate your order, our bank account details will be shown on the page. We will process the order as soon as the payment gets credited to our bank account (you can use Messenger to send us a picture of the receipt). You will receive email notification about the order status.

What are the costs of delivery ?

Shipping fee will clearly be shown before you pay your order. 

Good news! Shipping will be free when you purchase 2 bottles of perfume or more.

How do you protect the bottles of perfumes before shipping ?

The bottles are all individually placed in their cardboard case (see pictures on the website). Then cardboard cases are covered with bubble wrap, and put in a plastic bag. The layering ensures maximum protection for your order.

Where do you deliver ?

Initially, we deliver in Luzon, Panay and Negros via AP Cargo. You will receive your order directly at home or in your office, at the address you have mentioned upon ordering. We don’t deliver outside the Philippines.

How long does it take to receive my order ?

As soon as we will receive the proof of your payment, the delivery will take 2 to 5 open days. All our products are readily available for purchase.

How will I be informed of the delivery ?

Please check your mailbox. All the communications about the payment or the shipping will be made with e-mail, so you will always have a trace of our exchanges.
